Location of this hotel is great. A few steps from the Metro and a few minutes walk over to Centrale Station which meant we were able to get out and explore Milan with ease. We were in room 131 which is on the lower floor. It was a great sized room for 3 but was so close to the breakfast room that it made it quite noisy of a morning. The shower did flood on the last morning which wasn’t great but if you get a good price for this hotel I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again. Lots of amazing places to eat around the hotel too.

Very nice hotel , small but amazing , it is very close to central station , you have the metro outside near the hotel , domo is only 4 stations from hotel . The room is great , showers are small and the bed is comfy . The staff is kindly to help with everything you want .

Starting off with the positives, the location is amazing for the train station. It means everything is accessible to you within minutes. The staff also offered exceptional service, so friendly. The reasons I gave 3 stars are because it is very basic. I think for the price you just expect a little more. No water in the room or drink making facilities. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast either, again basic and for €15 per person you can find breakfast out and about. Very clean though!

This is a tough one. The service was outstanding- the front desk was so helpful with some travel issues we were having and we were so happy with them. However, we were given a room on floor -1, overlooking a garbage area, and there was construction going on from early morning until evening. Not their fault, you might say, however there was no compensation for the fact the room was unusable for the entire day due to noise. Also, they insisted that -1 wasn’t the basement because the hotel is on a slope, so our room was actually six feet above ground, but it sure felt like a basement.

Hotel is super modern and right across the street from the train station which made everything super convenient. We were able to check in at 12 when they website says two. Gave 4 stars instead of five just because the walls were really thin so we could hear people in the hallway and our room was on the ground floor but for one night we were really happy with the hotel. And bring your own blow dryer the one they provide you have to press down the entire time.
